About SupplyCompass

Produce better, together.

Our mission is to reimagine, rebalance and rebuild global supply chains. We want to change how things work and enable a new way of designing and managing production that works for people and the planet – not just profit!

Our vision

Empowering brands and manufacturers to produce better, together.

Building a better future

The current way of designing and producing collections is broken. Real change is needed and it can only happen through a combination of technology and better cross-organisational collaboration.

We’re building the new operating system for global supply chains, right from design through to delivery, and setting a new gold standard with collaboration, efficiency and sustainability at the very heart.

Flora Davidson
Co-Founder
As Co-Founder and Head of Product at SupplyCompass, Flora Davidson is responsible for the vision and direction of this platform. With a background in innovation and ethnographic market research, she's wholly focussed on being customer-driven (brand and factory!) in her approach to what technology they build, how and why. She's obsessed with good design and excellent, intuitive user experience. Flora is passionate about reimagining how the fashion ecosystem can work more openly and collaboratively together, and sees the shift in emphasis towards stronger partnerships between brand and factory, as foundational to the transformation of the industry.
Flora
Co-Founder

In 2016, our founders moved from London to Mumbai to start SupplyCompass. They lived in India for 2 years to build the business on the ground, spending much of their time on the road researching and visiting 300+ manufacturers and suppliers. Their mission since the start has been to reimagine and redesign a new way of designing products and managing production, into one that works not just for profit, but also for people and the planet.

They believe that to transform how goods are designed and produced, full digitalisation of supply chains is the only way forward, but that this will not be successful unless it is underpinned by strong supply chain relationships and is built in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers so it works for all parties.
